Кулинарная суббота: Тыквенный салат с зеленью

Ингредиенты
- тыква
- мята (много)
- базилик и петрушка
- йогурт без добавок

Тыкву очистить, нарезать кубиками и запечь в духовке (тут осторожно с структурой - важно не передержать). Или приготовить на пару.
Обычно я чищу перед духовкой, в этот раз решила попробовать запечь в кожуре. Можно сделать и так, но всё равно головная боль её очищать после духовки, да и больше продукта пропадает. ИМХО, лучше очистить перед духовкой.



Главное - не сделать из тыквы "кашу" ещё в духовке.



Остаётся только смешать ингридиенты  (мяты, мяты побольше!), добавить по вкусу соль и перец.
